THIS GUY WENT TO JAIL BECAUSE HE'S LAZY
A guy got caught stealing in Salem, Mass. and decided to go
to jail rather than return the loot... apparently, it was ‘too heavy'.
Cops spotted him and two friends stealing a planter with a
bush. It was so heavy that they ended up dropping it in the middle of the road.
Police lit them up and one guy took off. The other genius
was given a chance to return the planter and get off with a warning.
He told cops, "No it's too heavy", and put his
hands out to be cuffed, so they carted him to jail.
(COP ERROR)... 13-YEAR-OLD SUED FOR $20K IN IDENTITY
MIX-UP
A 15-year-old boy in Sandy Springs, Georgia is being sued
for causing an accident even though he can’t drive... and was 13-years-old at
the time.
The lawsuit seeks $20,000 in damages and accuses the teen of
causing a rear-end collision in April 2009… problem is he was only 13, and was
home from school sick that day.
The mistake is all due to an error in the police report on
the accident.
The man driving the car shares the same name as the
teen. A cop ran a search and put the
boy’s info in by accident.
A spokesman for the Police Department said the accident
report was in error and a correction would be made.
THIS WOMAN GOT A FORECLOSURE NOTICE.... ON A HOUSE SHE
SOLD IN 1994
A woman in Virginia got a late night surprise when lawyers
were pounding on her door. They were issuing her foreclosure papers on a house
that she used to own... in Port St. Lucie, Florida, 15 years ago.
Two other people have owned the home since she left it back
in 94, so somehow there must have been a mistake in the paperwork. Regardless,
she had to go see a judge to get her name off of the foreclosure papers.
The law firm apologized and is preparing the new papers.
