HIS FIRST MISTAKE: HE TRIED TO ROB AN ATM USING A HATCHET
A 50 year-old man in Taunton, Maryland was hard up for cash
and got busted for trying to make a withdrawal from an ATM... with a hatchet.
Two women saw the fella beating on an ATM machine in the
lobby of a bank. By the time the cops got to the bank the axe-man took off.
Cops did find the guy, and he couldn't really deny trying to
bust into the ATM because he had the hatchet in his pants.
He was arrested for damaging property.

DRUNK IN A DEMOLITION DERBY
A guy at the Jessamine County Fair in Kentucky for arrested
for DUI after a demolition derby.
He tipped a few back and then smashed up his clunker in the
demolition derby contest.
Best part: the drunk actually won.
After the derby he got out of his car and the cops noticed
him stumbling.
After questioning him, they arrested him for DUI.

The famous "Balloon Boy: balloon has been sold for
$2,502.
All proceeds will benefit Japanese earthquake and tsunami
victims.
In 2009, Richard and Mayumi Heene of Fort Collins, Colorado
had claimed their son Falcon was on board the homemade balloon when it
launched. It was sold to a man that didn't want his identity released.
(Richard Heene served a 30-day jail sentence after
pleading guilty to the hoax. Mayumi Heene
pleaded guilty to filing a false report and served a 20-day sentence.
They have also been banned from profiting from the hoax.)
