TEXTING TIFF --TAP, TAP-- AT THE MOVIE THEATER LEADS TO
ASSAULT CHARGE
A woman in Grapevine, Texas was charged with assault after
she tapped a man in a movie theater on the shoulder because he was texting.
The woman tapped him on the shoulder and told him to stop
texting. He jumped out of his seat and
said he was charging her with assault.
He also claimed he hurt his neck in the incident. (??)
She was ticketed for assault by contact which is a
misdemeanor, the equivalent of a traffic ticket.
She said it would be too expensive to fight the charge since
she lives in Virginia so she paid the $260 fine.
(POSSIBLY DELUSIONAL) MAN TRIED TO FIGHT 'ZOMBIE' POLICE
A guy in Fort Myers, Florida was jailed after he fought with
deputies, claiming they were zombies there to kill him.
The delusional 32 year-old went nuts when deputies arrived
to investigate a hit and run in the area.
Deputies said he charged a patrol vehicle and began to pound
his fists on the hood while a deputy was inside. The deputy backed away, but
the guy approached and yelled zombies were here to kill him. He said the deputy
was a zombie and he was going to get him first.
Wrong.
They tasered him, and hauled him to jail
WALGREENS BANDITS VS. SHOPPER WITH A GUN, WHO YA GOT?
A couple of guys trying to rob a Walgreens in Miami, Florida
were fired on by a shopper with a gun.
The two robbers walked into the store, grabbed some stuff
and left without paying.
They hopped into a car and drove away, but a customer who
was leaving the store saw them, hit their car with his, pulled out a gun and
opened fire.
The car drove off and the thieves got away.
Police were looking for them.
The customer wasn't arrested because he had a gun
permit.
