PICNIC, INSIDE A WAL-MART BATHROOM

A Florida man was found eating on the floor of a Wal-Mart bathroom.

A loss prevention officer called police after finding the 22-year-old man "eating food" on the bathroom floor and blocking access to the toilets.

After a few minutes, he left. When he went back to the bathroom, he started screaming, claiming that an employee stole something from his backpack while he was in the bathroom.

Police showed up and asked the man to leave the store, but he wouldn't.

The police cuffed him and took him to jail.

A Chicago man was arrested for the 99th time. This time, he used his 3-year-old child in a begging scam.

The 37 year-old professional criminal was arrested after going door-to-door with his daughter claiming to be injured and in need of money. While he was being questioned, police said he tossed a small bag of heroin from his daughter's stroller and tried to run away.

He is charged with drug possession and child endangerment.

It's the 99th time he has been arrested. He was convicted 23 times and has used nine aliases, 10 birthdates, and five social security numbers.

(PRIORITIES!)... COUPLE LEFT BABY BEHIND TO BUY FOOD FOR THEIR SNAKE

A young San Antonio couple left their one-year-old in a closet to go buy a mouse for their pet snake.

The baby was found by a maintenance worker who could hear the baby crying. He had stopped over to fix a water leak.

He called the police and the couple was arrested.  They were charged with child abandonment.

The baby is in good health and is with Child Protective Services.
