The 22nd Annual Coastal Gardening Festival will take place on SUNDAY, May 3, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Baum Center in Kill Devil Hills. This event promises to be a day filled with plant sales, bake sales, vendors, education, and fun activities for the whole family.
Here are some highlights of the festival:
Plant Sales: Over 1,500 plants grown by local Master Gardeners, including trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, vegetables, and house plants.
Artisan Vendors: More than 50 vendors offering garden art, pottery, refreshments, and hand-crafted items.
Educational Displays: An education tent featuring information about plants that thrive and survive on the Outer Banks.
Scavenger Hunt: A fun and educational scavenger hunt for kids.
Raffle: A raffle with a $500 Grand Prize and other great items.
